Die Casting Machines
The Company has 5 pressure die casting Machines having capabilites of 80 tonns, 120 tonns, 160 tonns, 180 tonns, 250 tonnes and we have cold chamber Pressure Die Casting machine. Weight ranging from 10 gm to 1.250 kgs / shot.

Tool Room
Senthilvel Metal Works facilitate to manufacture of moulds and dies by using state of art VMC, Spark Erosion, Surface Grinding, Wire cutting, Lathe etc. The utilized the manufacturers of moulds for specific customers requires specifications. Our Tool & Die Makers, who have the expertise and experience of highly complicated and intricate Die Casting dies within close tolerances to the highest level of accuracy and perfection

Our melting Capacity : 2 tones per day
Spare Capacity : Spare Capacity of one week per month in all Machines.
